Sustainability is in our DNA
Restoration is more environmentally sustainable than buying new. This makes sustainability part and parcel of our business model – driving our operations and the way we do business. We do all we can to save on resources and protect the environment according to circumstances.
In comparison with traditional drying processes, BELFOR DRYsmart helps us save 35 percent on electricity. And in more and more processes, recycling all the water consumed is becoming standard practice. In addition, we develop our own environmentally-friendly, yet highly effective restoration chemicals in our in-house labs, dramatically reducing the risk of pollution.
We also contribute to a sustainable society, supporting third-party projects such as the work of Treedom® to plant trees and support local farmers across the globe.

In 2023, we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of our BELFOR brand.
